The Sault Historic Sites invites you to tour the top deck and the cargo holds of this 1917 Great Lakes freighter. View over 100 exhibits, including the lifeboats from the S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald.

The Sault Historic Sites invites to soar 210 feet via elevator to the enclosed and open air observation decks. View the sites and vistas of the St. Mary’s River, as well as both Sault Ste. Marie Ontario and Michigan.

Sault Historic Sites is always happy to offer a group tour for your organization. Group tours can be done with designated tour guides or self-guided, whichever meets your group’s needs. Please contact Sault Historic Sites to set up your group tour!

The Sault Historic Sites is open daily - Mid-May through Mid-October.

Services Provided
Special features include: free parking, room for RV's & buses, group tours, early or late tours for motorcoach and school groups with advance reservation, and all exhibit areas except for pilot house area are handicapped acessible.
