Services Provided Michigan's Upper Peninsula Travel & Recreation (UPTRA) is an award winning non-profit organization established in 1911 for the sole purpose of marketing Michigan's Upper Peninsula. UPTRA offers assistance planning group tours for the entire Upper Peninsula including Mackinac Island and Isle Royale. UPTRA also offers FAMS, liaisons with local cvb's, color slides, digital images and a comprehensive travel planner and website. Membership and participation are maintained in ABA, NTA, and Circle Michigan.
