See the Costume Department where our characters come to life. Meet award winning artisans who bring the magic to YOU! Your favorite characters are waiting to meet you. Hansel & Gretel, Mother Goose, Humpty Dumpty, the Grinch, and of course, our beloved Clownie. With many more characters turning up every day! See the 2008 Detroit Red Wings Victory Parade Floats. Climb aboard take your picture on these fantastic pieces of Detroit Hockey history. Made entirely of salvaged materials that have been recycled, reclaimed or restored, the newest float created by the art staff at The Parade Company is truly extraordinary. The float, designed to call attention to the importance of recycling, was commissioned by DTE Energy for the DTE Energy Cherry Royale Parade in conjunction with the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City.
Services Provided The Parade Company is responsible for producing two of Detroit’s largest civic events, American’s Thanksgiving Parade, and the Annual Target Fireworks. Book your behind-the-scenes tour of The Parade Company and discover the city's most hidden treasure. This is a unique opportunity to get up-close and personal with a wonderland of fantasy and folklore that is sure to delight children and adults alike.
