The 2018 Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition is a collection of images from the world’s largest and most prestigious wildlife photography competition. The Detroit Zoo’s Ford Education Center has been selected for the exhibition’s U.S. debut for the 13th year in a row.

This year’s exhibition features winners from the 2018 competition – 100 images dramatically displayed as illuminated large-format color transparencies. The shots were chosen from close to 45,000 photographers from 95 countries.

Now in its 54th year, Wildlife Photographer of the Year is developed and produced by the Natural History Museum, London.
