Experience 1880's Fort life during live cannon and rifle firing demonstrations. The 13 original buildings inside the fort, some built during the Revolutionary War, contain interactive exhibits and period furnishings.

Fort Mackinac, on Mackinac Island, is a national historic landmark that was constructed during the American Revolutionary War. Your visit to this living history site will include viewing an exciting mix of exhibits, historical reenactments, shopping, dinning and one of the most beautiful views in the State. No tour of Mackinac Island is complete without a visit to the Fort!
